Ashley Norris
CRNA, PMHNP-BC

Ashley Norris brings expertise to mental health treatment as both a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). This unique combination of credentials allows her to safely administer advanced treatments like ketamine infusions with a level of precision and monitoring typically unavailable in standard psychiatric settings.

As the founder of Brain Health Infusions, Ashley established this innovative practice to bridge the gap between anesthesia and psychiatry, creating treatment options for those who haven't found relief through conventional approaches. Her extensive training in medication management, pharmacology, and procedural medicine ensures that each treatment plan is both clinically sound and individually tailored.

Ashley is passionate about expanding access to cutting-edge therapies for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. She has particular experience working with veterans, active military members, first responders, and healthcare workers, understanding the unique stressors and trauma these professionals often face.

With Ashley's leadership, Brain Health Infusions provides not just symptom relief but comprehensive care that addresses the biological, psychological, and social aspects of mental health, creating pathways to lasting wellness.

As a devoted mother of two and the wife of a veteran, she has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and families. Through our own struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, I became painfully aware of the inadequacies in traditional treatments—how they often take too long to work, come with intolerable side effects, and leave those suffering feeling lost in the process. This realization sparked a deep desire to make a difference. Drawing from my passions for anesthesia and psychiatric care, I saw an opportunity to marry these specialties and provide innovative, effective treatments with minimal side effects in an empathic space. Her journey is fueled by the vision of offering real solutions—ones that bring relief and restore hope for those who have been waiting far too long for healing.
